Join Our Team Of Volunteers
We need fit able reliable volunteers to take on the routine of keeping the lovely old characters clean, fed and happy with lots of petting and cuddles. Having your own transport is essential as the nearest bus stops at Star Lane followed by a fairly long walk down Star Lane into Manston Court Road to Valley Road. The Sanctuary is a beautiful place not only for its 200 plus rescued animal occupants but for staff as well. The animal pens are set in between trees in a quiet valley at Lydden Farm off Manston Court Road. Margate not far from Westwood Cross Shopping Centre. If you feel you can offer a shift or two from 8am to 12 noon and would love to become part of a very worthy cause please do not hesitate to phone.

The Trustees of TAG would like to thank all its volunteers and supporters for their dedication and commitment without which we would not be able to continue. TAG have teams of supporters that help out at the sanctuary, in our charity shops, behind the scenes administration, raising awareness of TAG through local talks and education programmes. We have home checkers, handymen and drivers who are willing to give up some of their time to help the animals. People help us with the gardening at the sanctuary and those who want to, come and cuddle the animals. We have foster carers who will stay up through the night to hand feed animals when necessary. Everyone is a valued member of the team and we always have room for a new pair of hands to help.
